Pilates - Group Class
Pilates is a beautiful form of exercise that improves core strength, stability, muscle tone, balance and flexibility.
Our Pilates classes now take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with options of Advanced, Beginner or Intermediate classes at different time.
These classes are delivered by our qualified and experienced Pilates instructor and life and sports couch, Esther.

Wednesday: 6:30am and 9:15 am
Thursday: 5:30am, 9:15am and 5.30pm
Pay as you go or a weekly pack (no limit on how many classes)
Casual Class $17.00
Monday to Friday $25.00- no class limit
What should I bring?
Please bring a towel and a bottle of water with you to all classes
How long do the classes run for and what do you focus on?
Classes normally run for 50 minutes and incorporates strengthening of abdominals, buttocks, lower back, shoulders, legs, thighs and pelvic floor.
What does a typical session involve?
The sessions can involve the use of footballs/gym balls, mat work, stretch bands and therabands for various strengthening and flexibility exercises.
