Pilates - Group Class
Pilates is a beautiful form of exercise that improves core strength, stability, muscle tone, balance and flexibility.
On Tuesday and Wednesday these classes are delivered by our qualified and experienced Physiotherapist Kirsty and are tailored to suit all levels from beginners through to the more experienced.
Thursday and Friday classes are delivered by Esther, a life and sports coach in addition to a Pilates and Latin Dance instructor.

What should I bring?
Please bring a towel and a bottle of water with you to all classes
How long do the classes run for and what do you focus on?
Classes normally run for 50 minutes and incorporates strengthening of abdominals, buttocks, lower back, shoulders, legs, thighs and pelvic floor.
What does a typical session involve?
The sessions can involve the use of footballs/gym balls, mat work, stretch bands and therabands for various strengthening and flexibility exercises.
