Pilates and Balance is a beautiful form of exercise that improves core strength, stability, muscle tone, balance and flexibility.

The DAH gym is recently refurbished and open as of April 2020. All our classes from Pilates to Rehabilitation now take place on site with a larger and more highly functioning space for clients to make use of.
Classes times:
Monday 9:00am-10:00am
Wednesday 9:00am-10:00am
Thursday 6:30am - 7:30am
9:00am-10:00am
Friday (Balance) 9:15am - 10:15am
Fees:
Pay per class or a weekly pack available
Casual Class: $25.00
Package: $170.00 for 10 classes

What should I bring?
Please bring a towel and a bottle of water with you to all classes
How long do the classes run for and what do you focus on?
Classes normally run for 50 minutes and incorporates strengthening of abdominals, buttocks, lower back, shoulders, legs, thighs and pelvic floor.
What does a typical session involve?
The sessions can involve the use of footballs/gym balls, mat work, stretch bands and therabands for various strengthening and flexibility exercises.
