Kirsty is a Senior Physiotherapist and Managing Director at Dalby Allied Health. With more than 10 years’ experience in rehabilitation, paediatrics and private practice, Kirsty is ready to help you with any issue you may have. She loves immersing herself in local sport and is the Dalby Wheatmen Rugby Union Club’s lead Physiotherapist at training and on game days. Kirsty makes sure that she is up to date on the latest information and techniques for her clients to receive the best care possible. She is very experienced in lymphoedema and dry needling and also enjoys running Pilates classes in our clinic.

Belinda is a Senior Speech Pathologist and Director at Dalby Allied Health. Belinda has a plethora of experience delivering a wide range of Speech Pathology services to clients of all ages. Her special interest areas are infant and toddler feeding, functional communication support across the lifespan and early intervention for speech and language.

Tara Henning

Tara is an Occupational Therapist and has worked in the industry for over 20 years with children and families within the mental health sector. Tara has had specific training in family work, autism and anxiety, sensory approaches and trauma. In her spare time, she enjoys time at the farm with her family, a trip to the beach on holidays and is a handy touch football player!

Kelly brings wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as an Occupational Therapist in the clinic. With over 20 years experience working in paediatric Occupational Therapy, Kelly is passionate about equipping children with the skills to succeed in life.

Georgia Ryan

Georgia joined our team in 2024 as an Occupational Therapist. She gained her Bachelor in Occupational Therapy in 2022 at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Georgia decided to return to work in Dalby after growing up here. She has a strong passion for rural health and enjoys being able to help clients and offer Occupational Therapy services to this area.

Chloe Ferguson

Chloe joined our team in 2026 as an Occupational Therapist after graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2025. She brings fresh knowledge, enthusiasm, and a client-centred approach to her work, supporting individuals to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Chloe is passionate about making therapy both effective and engaging, and she finds it especially rewarding to see people achieve their goals and build confidence in their everyday lives.

Joshua Dodd

Joshua joined our team in 2023 as a Speech Pathologist. Joshua enjoys working with families to achieve their communication goals. He is inspired by his clients as he watches them thrive, especially Peadiatric clients as they develop their speech and language skills. In Joshua’s spare time he likes to watch Soccer and (if he had any talent at woodwork) would have loved to have been a cabinet maker!

Hayley joined our team as a Dietitian earlier this year. She provides personalised, evidence-based nutrition support across all stages of life. Hayley is here to help you understand your body, make food less confusing and more enjoyable. Her special interests include sports nutrition, diabetes management, women's health and post-bariatric surgery care. Hayley loves to cook, attend gym sessions and spend quality time with her family. Oh and she has a big soft spot for Labradors!

Anthea joined our team as a Diabetes Educator. Anthea’s role is to help support clients with Diabetes to manage their condition and provide advice and resources so that they may feel empowered to make informed decisions about their health.

Annaleise joined the team at Dalby Allied Health after graduating in 2019. Annaleise is a kind and caring Speech Pathologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to achieve their communication goals.

Julia Phan

Julia is an Occupational Therapist with 7 years' experience.  She has worked in a variety of areas including adults, aged care and paediatrics and has enjoyed helping people across all walks of life. Originally from Brisbane, Julia is looking forward to developing her clinical skills in rural Queensland and to learn more about the country life!  She is passionate and looking forward to collaborating with individuals and families to achieve meaningful goals.

Katie Clark

Katie joined our team as a Physiotherapist in 2023. After graduating from Griffith University with a Masters of Physiotherapy, Katie worked at the hospital before making the decision to work in private practice. She has developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal issues, rehabilitation and Pilates. Katie thoroughly enjoys working with individuals of all age groups to reach their optimal potential. In Katie’s spare time she enjoys the gym or training for her next marathon as well as spending time in the garden.

Natalie Gleeson

Nat joined our Physiotherapy team in 2025, returning home to Dalby where she was born and raised. Nat is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury and stay active in their daily lives so that they can continue to do the things they love. Nat strives to make every interaction meaningful by delivering personalised & evidence based care across the lifespan. She has a special interest in Musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries and exercise based rehabilitation. On the weekends, Nat enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and staying active.

Andrew is a passionate Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience, having graduated in physiotherapy in 1999. He spent 9 years in London as a respiratory physiotherapist in adult and paediatric intensive care, cardiac care and rehabilitation and COPD Management. Andrew has welcomed the opportunity to join the DAH team, bringing his sense of humour and enthusiasm to best achieve our clients’ outcomes.

Karla joined our team as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in 2025 after graduating from The Sunshine Coast University. Karla is dedicated to empowering individuals to restore their confidence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based exercise. With experience in managing chronic disease, neurological rehabilitation and sporting injury prevention/ rehabilitation, Karla develops evidence-based exercise programs designed to meet individual goals and support long-term health outcomes. With a background in all things sport Karla understands the transformative power of movement and connects with the physical and emotional journey her clients go through and is committed to supporting them every step of the way. In Karla’s spare time you will find her in the gym , on the touch football field or in the kitchen baking up some sweet treats!

Kendall is an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist, with experience in youth sport injury prevention and management.
Kendall empowers young individuals to train safely and effectively for their athletic endeavours. Creating a welcoming environment, Kendall helps clients achieve lifelong, sustainable health goals.
Dedicated to aiding in recovery and improving pain, Kendall specialises in chronic disease prevention and management.
Passionate about his rural community, Kendall provides quality assessments and safe exercise programs to suit every individual to promote healthier and more active future.

Olivia joined the DAH team in late 2025 as a Podiatrist after making the move from NSW. Olivia graduated from The University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2024 and has also completed further specialised training in lower limb lymphoedema at Macquarie University. She has a strong interest in diabetic foot care and keeping all patients as comfortable and moving as easily as possible in their everyday lives.

Tash graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Podiatry (Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology. Tash enjoys all aspects of Podiatry and has a keen interest in diabetic foot health and nail surgeries. She is passionate about keeping people moving and working with patients, towards a happier, healthier future. Tash is currently on maternity leave.

Michelle joined our team in 2022 in an administrative position and has since taken on the role as Practice Manager at Dalby Allied Health. Michelle takes pride in driving our team to do our best, while supporting and nurturing at the same time. Michelle’s working background has always be one that cares for people and how they feel, this is no different! She continues to strive to provide high quality services to all our clients. Michelle originates from South Africa, she and her family became proud Australian Citizens in 2024. She loves travel and her family.

Stephanie is a long standing employee at Dalby Allied Health having joined us in 2018 in reception. She currently works two days a week in Administration while she juggles work and being a Mum. Steph is the warm and welcoming face of the clinic and loves assisting customers and staff wherever possible. Steph’s happy and vibrant personality always creates an inviting atmosphere at the clinic. Steph enjoys attending musicals, gardening and family time.

Meg, a Dalby local, joined our team in 2023. After completing her Certificate in Allied Health Therapy Assistance, she was eager to take on a new challenge and stepped into an administration role with us this year. Her strong clinical knowledge is one of her greatest assets to her role. With her quick wit and willingness to learn, Meg has quickly become a valued part of the team. She brings a fresh, youthful energy to the office, making a positive impact on us all! Outside of work you will find Meg organising trips away with friends or baking her favourite sweet treats.

Angela is very happy to welcome you to our clinic and enjoys the diversity of working in Administration. Angela joined our team in 2022 having a very strong background in medical administration throughout her career. She is very kind and considerate to everyone and provides a lovely calm atmosphere for our team and clients. Ange loves music and attending concerts. She enjoys exploring new places and having a good laugh.

Leanne joined our team in 2024 in administration. She came to us with 20+ years of administration experience and brings with that a high level of professionalism and client care. Leanne enjoys working with our clients as it brings with it diversity and fills her need to keep learning. She enjoys a good coffee and catching up with her friends on weekends.

Edwina first joined our team in 2021 and has recently returned after taking time away to grow her family. In her role as NDIS Client Service Officer, she brings a wealth of customer service experience, strong administration skills, and a naturally bright and welcoming disposition.

Outside of work, Edwina enjoys spending time with her young family and getting creative through painting and DIY projects.
